Brujha, the new split from Le Sphinxx and GLuuuu, offers dark electronica from two of New York City’s finest electro-troubadours. Le Sphinxx has been bringing their occult rave music to venues across New York City and beyond, gaining attention with their wild live shows. The music of Le Sphinxx shows a diverse and evolving style; from the manic upbeat pace of “Red Light,” to the softer melodic ambience of “Always,” and the frantic danceability of “This DMZ.” GLuuuu draws upon the strange electro-rave sounds of Le Sphinxx but with a more deconstructive style, bringing the listener into an even more twisted sonic world. The music of GLuuuu stretches and expands minds, combining offsetting beats with textural ambience and pitch distorted vocals for a truly unique listening experience.
